Raquel and her team were great to work with! They thoroughly answered all of our questions (which were a lot) and had very timely responses. They always made sure we had all the necessary info and documentation we needed throughout the process of looking at homes and then when purchasing. Raquel took extra time to explain things we didn't understand and was very patient with us. She's always willing to help and go the extra mile even with questions that have come up after the purchase of our new home.
