Raquel is a fantastic real estate agent. I interviewed 6 different agents to help sell my parents house in California. She did the most research and pulled documents my parents didn't even know about regarding the house. She was incredibly nice and professional and very understanding of my unique situation. My parents are older and I lived in a different state. Raquel provided regular updates on the progress prior to listing the house. She even helped my parents with some technical difficulties trying to get financing for the new house, which by the way Raquel was not involved in but helped us out anyways. Raquel was very understanding of helping get my parents' house sold. We ran into a fiasco with the moving company in order to clear out the house and she gave us a great referral. Raquel was honest and transparent throughout the process even before the house was even listed. Raquel coordinated getting a handyman in after everyone moved out for some minor repair. She also handled getting an estate salesperson involved to sell/clear out the remaining items that my parents did not take. She even helped get the watering system fixed after the house was cleared out, the timer was disconnected. These things may seem small but for our situation, myself and eventually my parents being in a different state, they were HUGE.
